Capilano Maritime Design Ltd. (Capilano) is pleased to announce the introduction of three new shareholders in the company. The company was founded in 2007 by Chris Mulder and Mark Mulligan as a consulting naval architecture and marine engineering firm. Good fortune and hard work have led the company to its current position as one of the leading naval architecture firms in Canada.

It is with great pride that Chris and Mark are pleased to announce our restructuring of the company to bring the following three senior employees into our ownership group:

  Vice President, Operations
  General manager of operations
• Massimo Vanfretti, P.Eng.
  Vice President, Naval Architecture
  Lead technical direction for naval architecture and manager of information technology
• Tyler Davenport, P.Eng.
  Vice President, Marine Engineering
  Lead technical direction for marine engineering and manager of engineering resources
